    About Delivery
    If you require your order to be delivered, please let us know which product, how many sqm and delivery address.
    Please Note That:
    • freight fee

      The freight fee is based on the weight, size and the delivery distance (minimum charge is 1 pallet except corflute sheets).

    • book delivery

      We do not deliver flooring accessories and underlay, however, you may arrange your own courier.

    • highly recommended

      We highly recommend customers who live in regional areas to book your own local courier. It is usually much cheaper.

    • interstate delivery

      Interstate delivery for QLD, NSW, SA and WA: We only deliver to the courier's depot. You will need to arrange pickup from the depot.

    How much does delivery cost?

    It depends on your order and whether you will be at home to assist the driver unload.

    We need to request a shipping quotation from our courier before we can advise you on the shipping fee. Please note that we do not deliver flooring accessories, such as scotias/quads, trims, skirting boards, etc.

    Please see FAQs 'Do you deliver interstate?' and 'How do I make an order?' for further information.

    Do you deliver interstate?

    We can deliver to the courier's depot:

    NSW: Gregory Hills or Newcastle (Please choose 1)
    QLD: Ormeau
    SA: Pooraka
    WA: Kewdale

    If you need delivery to your address, please arrange for your local courier to pick up from the courier's depot and deliver to your address.

    Unfortunately, our courier does not have a depot in NT or TAS. You may arrange your own courier to pick up from our address and deliver to your desired address.

    We also do not deliver factory clearance items interstate.

    How do I make an order?

    The best way to place an order is:

    1. Take measurements of the rooms required, calculate the area size and estimate the wastage. If you need quads/scotias, trims, stair nosing or skirting boards, note down the lengths required.

    2. Look through our website or visit our showroom to see if there is anything you like. You will need to visit our showroom to see the different colours of scotias available as we do not send samples of flooring accessories.

    3. Call our friendly staff to see if there's enough stock.

    4. Order a free offcut sample ($3 for delivery) if you are unable to visit our showroom to see it in-person.

    5. If you are happy with the sample, you may go ahead and request a quotation by emailing!
    Please provide us with:
    - Your name
    - The Flooring Product
    - The required area size in square metres (including wastage)
    - Your shipping address or preferred depot (if interstate)
    - Let us know whether you can help the driver unload or not (if in Melbourne)
    - Your phone number

    6. If you are happy with the quotation, you may pay using one of the payment options on the Quotation. Please email us the payment remittance so we can begin the delivery process.

    7. Once our accounts department has confirmed receipt of funds, we will arrange delivery or hold the stock for 3 months. Please pick up your order within 3 months, otherwise you will incur a weekly storage fee if you fail to do so.

    What is a 'Lock Sale'?

    We're glad you asked!

    A 'Lock Sale' is our special term for the last lot of a particular flooring we have for sale, at a special price! You cannot choose to buy more or less, as the quantity is 'locked' in.

    If you're looking for a great deal and you only need flooring for a small area, then consider our lock sales!

    What is the return policy?

    Online shopping sometimes means you don't get exactly what you had in mind. You are welcome to return the item as long as you meet the following terms and conditions as listed below:

    Terms & Conditions

    • Notification is required within 30 days of the purchase date.

    •Item to be returned must be in their original re-saleable condition with all tags and packaging (ready to be put back on the shelf).

    •The item/s are NOT opened, used, worn, or damaged.

    •That you DO NOT stick or write anything on the item itself or its packaging. Please only write or place postage stickers on the outer postage packaging.

    •The refund amount will not include delivery costs. If the item was delivered for free, the delivery cost will be deducted.

    •Handling fees will apply at 20% of the purchase price.

    •The return of the item is the responsibility of the buyer.

    •If the item has sustained damage in transit or does not return as noted above, a revised refund amount may be required

Our Customer Service team will reply to your email and, if applicable, issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. All other relevant information will be given to you at this time. Floor Depot will not accept any return of any item/s without an RA from our Customer Service Representative.
